Tot Time at the Oceola Community Center

Thursdays, 10:00am-11:30am

Calling all those who have toddlers or kids under 5! Drop in at the Oceola Community Center Thursdays from 10am-11:30am for Tot Time in the gym! Kids Under 5 and their caregivers are welcome to use the gymnasium space during this time. Strollers may be pushed on the rubber flooring around the gym. Kids can run around the gym space and we will have lots of balls, toys, and more for your little one to play with.

Cost: Kids 5 & Under are Free! $2 adults.

Start Smart T-Ball (Ages 3-5)

Wednesdays, September 2nd - October 7th - 4:00pm-4:50pm & 5:00pm-5:50pm

Introduce your little slugger to the fundamentals of baseball in a fun, supportive environment! Start Smart T-Ball is a parent-child program designed to teach the basic skills of throwing, catching, batting, running, and teamwork through age-appropriate activities and games. Participants will build confidence, develop motor skills, and learn the fundamentals of the game while spending quality time with a parent or caregiver. No prior baseball experience is necessary. Parent participation is required.

Please bring: Athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a glove if you have one.

Deadline to register is August 21st.

Intro to Archery (Ages 8-11)

Wednesdays, September 9th-October 7th - 6:30pm-7:30pm

Join us for a 5-week Intro to Archery course at the Bennett Recreation Center. This Wednesday night session (6:30–7:30 PM) will walk participants through the fundamentals of archery including range safety, proper stance, aiming techniques, and shooting form. Each week builds on the last, helping archers gain confidence, improve accuracy, and develop real skills on the range.

No experience needed. All equipment is provided. Just show up ready to focus and take your shot.
