Teen Late Nights
Kids in 6th-12th grade can join us monthly at the Hive Teen Center for our Late Night series!
Teen Late Night - Rollerama (6th-12th Grade)
Friday, January 30th - 6:00pm-10:00pm
Kick off our first Late Night of 2026 with a trip to Rollerama for unlimited skating, laser tag, bumper cars, and pixel floor challenges! The price includes dinner, transportation to and from Rollerama, and admission to Rollerama / Zap Zone.
Deadline to register is January 23rd.

Teen Late Night - Ceramic Studio (6th-12th Grade)
Friday, February 27th - 6:00pm-10:00pm
Join us for one of our favorite Late Nights as we kick off 2026 with a trip to The Ceramic Studio Etc. Participants will create unique “misfit pottery” using pieces with small blemishes—no two projects are the same. Dinner and transportation are included.

Teen Late Night - Oceola Community Center (6th-12th Grade)
Friday, March 20th - 6:00pm-10:00pm
Join us for our March Teen Late Night, back by popular demand! We’ll be traveling to the Oceola Community Center to play basketball, volleyball, and pickleball. Teens will have access to the gym for pickup games or shooting around, plus the elevated walking track. Pizza is once again generously provided by Cottage Inn Pizza.

Teen Glow NERF Night (6th-12th Grade)
Thursday, February 12th - 6:15pm-7:15pm
Join us as we play multiple rounds of nerf just for fun- no winners, no losers, just nerf or nothin! Participants are welcomed to bring their own nerf guns if they would like as long as they fit the regular nerf darts, please DO NOT bring darts/ammo. We will have plenty of extra nerf guns and darts to go around.

StrongHer - Workout Sampler (6th-12th Grade)
Wednesdays, February 18th-March 25th - 6:15pm-7:15pm
This 5-week series empowers teens through movement, reflection, and confidence-building workouts. Each session includes an intro, a 35–45 minute workout, and time for journaling and reflection.
WEEKLY THEMES:
Week 1: Bodyweight Bootcamp – Build full-body strength using only your body.
Week 2: Power Yoga – Stretch it out with a focus on flexibility and recovery.
Week 3: HIIT Hustle – Push limits with quick, powerful intervals.
Week 4: Core Confidence – Strengthen your center for better posture and balance.
Week 5: Stretch & Flow – Wind down with mindful movement and mobility.
Move strong. Think strong. Be Strong“Her.”

Video Gains - Workout Sampler (6th-12th Grade)
Thursdays, February 19th-March 26th - 6:15pm-7:15pm
Level up your fitness with this five-week video game-inspired workout series! Each session connects gameplay with fun, physical challenges to keep teens moving, competing, and having a blast.
WEEKLY THEMES:
Week 1: Mario Kart Power Circuit – Race and recover with cardio and leg strength based on your finish.
Week 2: Smash Bros Showdown – Team battles followed by full-body workouts based on match results.
Week 3: Pokémon GO Fitness Quest – Walk and explore while completing outdoor movement challenges.
Week 4: Tetris Balance Challenge – Match game pieces to movements that build focus and coordination.
Week 5: Just Dance Battle Royale – End with a dance-off packed with rhythm, endurance, and fun.

Cricut Creations Workshop Series (6th-12th Grade)
Unleash your creativity this fall at The Hive with our Cricut Creations Workshop Series. Each session introduces a new way to use Cricut design technology, giving participants the chance to learn hands-on skills and take home a personalized project. Sign up for one, or join us for the whole series.
Cricut Workshop - Sticker Edition
Tuesday, February 17th - 6:15pm-8:00pm
Create and cut your own custom stickers. Each participant will leave with a full sheet of unique designs.

Cricut Workshop - Vinyl Edition
Tuesday, March 24th - 6:15pm-8:00pm
Learn how to design and cut vinyl decals, then apply your custom creation to a water bottle provided in the workshop.

Cricut Workshop - Heat Press Edition
Tuesday, April 21st - 6:15pm-8:00pm
Take your Cricut designs to the next level by using the heat press to transfer graphics onto a tote bag provided during the session.

Babysitter Bootcamp (Includes CPR & First AID) (Ages 12 & Up)
Wednesday & Thursday, February 25th & 26th - 5:00pm-8:00pm
Babysitter Bootcamp Certification (Includes CPR & First Aid) - 2 Day class, Participants will need to attend both days.
Prepare young caregivers to become confident, capable babysitters with our comprehensive Babysitter Certification. This engaging and hands-on training program is designed for teens and preteens who want to learn essential child care skills, emergency preparedness, and professional responsibility. Each participant will receive a link for the online portion of CPR & First Aid. The online portion will need to be completed prior to class. Please verify there is a good email for participants to receive the link.
Participants will gain:
Certification in Pediatric CPR and First Aid, meeting national safety standards
Practical skills for safely caring for infants and children, including feeding, diapering, and bedtime routines
Tips on managing behavior, entertaining children, and handling common babysitting challenges
Guidance on starting and marketing a babysitting business
Confidence to act in emergencies and make smart decisions under pressure

Teen Flashlight Egg Hunt (6th-12th Grade)
Saturday, April 11th - 8:30pm-10:00pm
Join us for our annual teen flashlight egg hunt event. Bring your flash light, find your eggs for your chance to win some cool prizes and raffles!

Youth Programs
Tot Time at the Oceola Community Center
Thursdays, 10:00am-11:30am
Calling all those who have toddlers or kids under 5! Drop in at the Oceola Community Center Thursdays from 10am-11:30am for Tot Time in the gym! Kids Under 5 and their caregivers are welcome to use the gymnasium space during this time. Strollers may be pushed on the rubber flooring around the gym. Kids can run around the gym space and we will have lots of balls, toys, and more for your little one to play with.
Cost: Kids 5 & Under are Free! $2 adults.

Drop-in Archery (All Ages)
Sundays, Beginning February 1st - Reserve a 1 hour timeslot today!
Archery open shooting is by appointment or cash drop-in (exact change only). Your one-hour time slot includes set up and clean up time. Please select the time and date that you would like to reserve.
Registration required for each participant.
IF YOU ARE RENTING EQUIPMENT a $5 fee will be charged per person for equipment. (includes bow and 5 arrows).

Storytime Yoga (Kids Ages 3-6 & Their Caregivers)

Looking for something fun and active to do with your little one? Join Miss Missy for our Storytime Yoga series! This 50-minute adventure blends movement, stretching, and storytelling to spark imaginations while promoting relaxation and fitness. It's the perfect way to bond, move, and enjoy a tale together—all while introducing the basics of yoga in a playful and approachable way.

Kids' Cricut Crafting Mother's Day Workshop (Ages 7-11)
Saturday, April 25th - 10:00am-12:00pm
Create a meaningful Mother’s Day gift using Cricut and heat press technology. Participants will design and press a custom tote bag during the workshop, then create a special handmade gift to place inside. This hands-on session encourages creativity and personalization while introducing kids to heat press techniques in a fun, guided environment.
All materials are included, and projects go home ready for gifting.
