Please also remember to stop at the desk and scan your membership card when you come for activities. It is vital for us to know who is in the building in case of an emergency.

Halloween With Howell Recreation Preschool

Canvas Creations With Sheila

A Canvas Creations event is more than just an art class, it is an experience you will remember. Sheila will walk you through all the painting techniques and help you unlock your artistic expression. Sheila is passionate about making your experience fun, relaxing, and she will help you discover your creative side.

Canvas Creations with Sheila provides exceptional guided art painting activity that you can host in your own home or venue. Sheila is a professional artist and instructor that will guide your guests through the process of creating your own masterpiece. You don’t need any prior art or painting experience, just a willingness to have fun.

Steady and Strong

Trial Class: Wednesday, November 18th - 10:00am-11:00am
December Session: Wednesdays, December 2nd-16th - 10:00am-11:00am

Steady and Strong is a 3 week small group personal training program designed for adults who are looking to work on balance and strength. This class is designed for those who have not worked out in a while, are coming back from an injury or illness or have Parkinson’s. Each class will incorporate 10-20 minutes of steady state cardio (stationary bike, walking or other aerobic activity), along with stability and strength exercises. Gain the confidence you need to become Steady & Strong!

Please wear clothes you can move in and well fitting athletic shoes.

Plymouth Physical Therapy Workshop

Friday, November 20th - 11:00am

The Balance Workshop is ideal for anyone who has lost their balance recently, felt unstable while walking in and out of the house, or worries about losing balance. You will learn about causes and risk factors for decreased balance, and the consequences of recurrent falls. We will assess your risk of falling and review the best practices for staying on your feet. Registration is required.

Pharmacare Drugs Presentation

Evergreen Centerpieces Class

Tuesday, December 8th - 6:00pm

Create Your Own Fresh Evergreen Centerpiece! Join us for a hands-on holiday workshop where you’ll craft a beautiful centerpiece using fresh evergreens, floral foam (just like FTD uses!), and your choice of ribbons, candles, and decorations.

No experience needed! Our friendly instructor will guide you step by step.
