Come hang out, have a cup of coffee, and socialize with others during the times listed below. We will have cards available to play; but let us know if you would like other items.

Please also remember to stop at the desk and scan your membership card when you come for activities. It is vital for us to know who is in the building in case of an emergency.

All Senior Fit classes are Drop-in only. There is no pre-registration and spots are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Plymouth Physical Therapy Workshop

Friday, January 30th - 11am

The Sciatica Workshop is ideal for anyone who has had pain radiating down their legs in the last 30 days or who has tried other methods of relieving sciatica that hasn’t worked. You will learn the biggest mistakes low back pain sufferers make, the common causes of back pain and the strategies to reduce your back pain. We will discuss how to pick the right treatment for the cause of your pain and ways to keep your back happy. Registration is required.

Tuesday, February 3rd - 10am-12pm

Book a visit to complete your Secretary of State transactions, including:

• First-time Michigan ID

• Driver’s licenses / ID renewal

• Title transfers
