Please also remember to stop at the desk and scan your membership card when you come for activities. It is vital for us to know who is in the building in case of an emergency.

Plymouth Physical Therapy Workshop

Friday, November 7th - 11:00am

The Neck Pain Workshop is ideal for anyone who has previously had neck pain or headaches radiating up from the neck, who has tried multiple methods of relieving back pain that haven’t worked, or anyone who simply wants to avoid developing neck pain. Lunch & Learn With Edward Jones - Outsmart the Scammers

Incidents of fraud are on the rise, and scammers’ tactics are becoming more complex. This workshop will help give you the information you need to outsmart the scammers. During the program, we’ll discuss how to spot certain red flags that may indicate a fraudulent encounter, resources you can turn to in the event you are targeted, and steps you can take to help protect yourself and your loved ones. Wine Tasting Fundraiser

Evergreen Centerpieces

Tuesday, December 9th - 1:00pm

Create Your Own Fresh Evergreen Centerpiece! Join us for a hands-on holiday workshop where you’ll craft a beautiful centerpiece using fresh evergreens, floral foam (just like FTD uses!), and your choice of ribbons, candles, and decorations. No experience needed! Our instructor will guide you step by step. All materials included - just bring your holiday spirit!
