Come hang out, have a cup of coffee, and socialize with others during the times listed below. We will have cards available to play; but let us know if you would like other items.

Please also remember to stop at the desk and scan your membership card when you come for activities. It is vital for us to know who is in the building in case of an emergency.

50 & Beyond Walking Club

All Senior Fit classes are Drop-in only. There is no pre-registration and spots are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Increase muscular strength, range of motion, and mobility. Light weights can be used for strength. Each exercise can be modified. Presented by Plymouth Physical Therapy.
