Come hang out, have a cup of coffee, and socialize with others during the times listed below. We will have cards available to play; but let us know if you would like other items.

Please also remember to stop at the desk and scan your membership card when you come for activities. It is vital for us to know who is in the building in case of an emergency.

Plymouth Physical Therapy Workshop Carpal Tunnel

Friday, July 11th - 11:30am

The Carpal Tunnel Workshop is for people suffering with numbness and tingling in the hand pain and are looking to heal naturally without medications, injections and surgery. In our workshop you will learn about the common cause of carpal tunnel and how it can be treated without surgery. We will discuss a way to get your hands function back and pick the right treatment for the cause of your pain. Registration is required.
