There will be a $10 administrative fee withheld for all vouchers.  Vouchers can only be used by immediate family members and are valid for 3 years.

Howell Area Aquatic Center Closures

On occasion, the Aquatic Center experiences a body fluid contamination in the pool.  On these occurrences we are required by the Health Department to deal with the incident in a sanitary manner.  Depending on the severity of the incident, we may have to close for up to 8 hours. In most instances we can reopen within an hour.  These situations are unfortunate and are out of our control and will not result in refunds when they occur.  When Howell Schools are closed due to weather, the Aquatic Center will also be closed.

Requests for refunds of weekly camp fees will be honored if the request is received in writing at least 10 working days before the start of the week of participation.  Refund requests made the week before, the week of, or after the week has ended will not be honored.  There will be no exceptions.
