Pedaling For Parkinson's Cycling Class

This 30 minute intro class is for individuals who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. The Pedaling for Parkinson's program is informed by research demonstrating that consistent, high-cadence cycling can help reduce symptoms of Parkinson's. During this 30 minute intro you will learn more about the new program at Howell Recreation and have an opportunity to experience a short ride on our indoor stationary bikes. This class is adaptable to various abilities and ages. Caregivers are welcome to attend!

These pop-up sessions are FREE but registration is required as spots are limited.
