Menu:

Creamy Mushroom & Brie Dip with Crackers 
Creamy mushroom dip with shiitake, button and oyster mushrooms, garlic, bell peppers and brie cheese, served with French bread slices.

Spring Salad 
Fresh, crisp pea pods, shredded carrots, sweet pickled radishes and toasted sunflower seeds with honey poppyseed vinaigrette.

Chili Glazed Shrimp Skewers With Coconut Rice 
Grilled jumbo shrimp, pineapple, bell peppers and onions, glazed with an agave, lime and chili syrup over rice cooked in coconut milk with cilantro and toasted coconut.

Flambeed berries with Grand Marnier Cheesecake 
House-made grand marnier cheesecake with an almond graham cracker crust topped with a flaming fresh berry sauce.
