Curious about essential oils?  Join us as we discuss the history, science, and many uses of all natural therapeutic grade oils.  In this class you will be able to sample and discuss oils that can help you for your personal needs. Take home samples will be provided to all participants.

Are you interested in holistic healing and naturopathy but not sure what to do?  Allow a detoxification and cellular regeneration specialist show you the way to true healing on a cellular level.  This class will focus on learning about the great lymphatic system and its relation to true health and whole body wellness.  Topics covered include the lymphatic system, correct foods, botanicals, and iridology.

Pet Potions

approach to support pets needs. You will make two repelling or soothing products, learn why these natural options are preferred by your pet and the recipe is yours to take home!

DIY Pet Wellness

Have you been to the vet for repeated skin allergies, coughs, arthritis, UT or cognitive problems?  It is estimated that Americans spend over $15 billion yearly on veterinary care with many visits repeated due to the same chronic conditions.  Now you can avoid those costly and repeated visits with Mother Nature’s supportive aides!  Classes will focus on prevention and natural remedies for the top ten conditions that keep us going back to the vet.  You will also receive a wellness discovery guide on the first day of class.

You will learn simple and easy to apply ways to decrease stress and look and feel your best. You will also learn easy goal setting tactics that you can apply weekly to help you get a great start to a healthier life. At the end of each day we will have a short goal setting portion to get you started and track your progress. Come ready to learn and willing to make positive changes so you can look and feel healthier.
