Detroit Symphony Orchestra

Please join Howell Parks and Recreation as we travel to the Detroit Symphony Orchestra for a morning performance of Hadelich Plays Paganini. Austin Hadelich, "one of the outstanding violinists of his generation" (New York Times), returns to Orchestra Hall to perform Paganini's First Violin Concerto. Paganini, himself a wizard of the violin, began composing when he could not find material challenging enough to play; his first concerto balances showmanship with substance. After the show is done, lunch will be on your own at Olympic Grill in Detroit.
