On occasion, the Aquatic Center experiences a body fluid contamination in the pool. On these occurrences, we are required by the Health Department to deal with each incident in a sanitary manner. Depending on the severity of the incident, we may have to close for up to 8-hours. In most instances, we can reopen within an hour. We realize this is a sensitive topic, and that not all incidents can be prevented or avoided. We want to make our patrons aware of this and help you understand that these situations are beyond our control and will not result in refunds when they occur.
