Drop-in Tai Chi (All Ages)
The relaxed, slow, graceful, balanced, and coordinated movements of Tai Chi can increase the flow of Chi (energy) and reduce anxiety, depression, and chronic pain conditions. Boost your immune system, burn calories, improve balance, and provide stress management. Instructor has over 29 years of martial arts experience and over 15 years of teaching Tai Chi.

Cost: $3 Resident / $5 Non-Resident

Drop-in Pickleball (Ages 18 & up)
Pickleball is a combination of ping pong, tennis, and badminton and has been enjoyed for over 20 years by people of all ages. You will feel like a winner and champion playing this exciting paddle game. Watch the "50 & Beyond" Senior Newsletter for any cancellation due to other activities.

Drop-in Basketball (Ages 18 & Up)
Good news! Drop-in basketball is now up and running! It will take place on Wednesdays, 8:00pm - 10:00pm at Highlander Way Middle School. As a reminder - if there is no school, there will be no drop in.

Drop-in Volleyball (Ages 18 & up)
Drop-in schedule varies through the year and may be cancelled on certain days without notice. No drop-in when Howell Public Schools are closed.
