The Howell Area Parks and Recreation Authority’s youth sports program is
designed to allow children ages 3-18 to participate in various sporting activities in a non-competitive nature. Our youth sports program creates an environment that will teach all participants the fundamentals of the sport, team work, pride,
goodwill, and character. All athletes who participate in our programs will get an equal amount of attention and playing time regardless of athletic ability.
