Water Exercise Classes


Aqua Zumba® (Ages 14 & Up) 

This “pool party” redefines the idea of an invigorating workout - splashing, stretching, twisting, shouting, laughing, hooting, and hollering gives you a safe, challenging, water-based workout.  Combining basic aerobics with aqua-fitness discipline, this cardio-workout conditions, tones, and exhilarates beyond belief!

Arthritis & Special Population
(Ages 14 & Up) 

Increase flexibility, reduce joint pain, and participate in group activities in this specially designed arthritis water workout.  Water reduces gravity’s effects on your body providing a safe, effective, and pain-free exercise. For your comfort, the water is maintained at 83° year round.

Deep Water Exercise (Ages 14 & Up) 

A great aerobic and cardiovascular workout with muscle-toning and no joint impact!  Flotation belts eliminate joint impact by providing an environment of suspension.  An easy warm-up is followed by a cardio/strength segment and a final workout tones your abdominals.

H2O Circuit Training (Ages 14 & Up) 

Building strength and endurance is the goal in this water class.  Using alternating periods of cardiovascular training and muscle strengthening exercises, this class really packs a punch!  Water shoes are recommended.

Morning Aerobics (Ages 14 & Up) 

Shake up your morning routine with this low impact, cardio workout performed in both the shallow and deep water.  Resistance paddles, noodles and water weights are sure to get those muscles going in the morning!  Flotation belts are used for deep end exercises.

Splash Aerobics (Ages 14 & Up) 

Hop in the pool!  This fun water workout burns mega calories and tones every muscle group.  A variation of water weights, noodles and dumbbells will be used to add challenges to the workout.  Come join the fun and get a great work out!  Water shoes are recommended.
