Char Schallhorn Building/Site Supervisor 517/546-0693 cshallhorm@ci.howell.mi.us Char Shallhorn is a long time resident of Howell and has worked for the Recreation Dept. for the past two years as one of our building supervisors. Char also works on many of the Parks and Recreation special events and is a wonderful artist and craftsman.
