Inaugural Membership Campaign The Howell Area Parks & Recreation Authority is proud to announce our first membership campaign. The new membership campaign will allow the Recreation Authority to create and communicate with a dedicated group of our friends and supporters-anyone can join, from age 2 to 102! Serving over 15,000 individuals each year through our sports and enrichment programs, through our preschool, teen center and senior center, we invite you to join us. The Recreation Authority's charter membership will offer discounts (Dunhams, Dick's Sporting Goods, Sports Clips and more), invitations to special events, newsletters and program guides sent to your home and email, opportunities to volunteer, name on our website, a one-time voucher worth anywhere from $5-$25 (depending on your membership level) good for participation in one or more of our programs, and priority registration.
