Drop-in Tai Chi (All Ages) 

The relaxed, slow, graceful, balanced, and coordinated movements of Tai Chi can increase the flow of Chi (energy) and reduce anxiety, depression, and chronic pain conditions. Boost your immune system, burn calories, improve balance, and provide stress management. Instructor has over 29 years of martial arts experience and over 15 years of teaching Tai Chi.

Sanchin-Ryu’s Karate

Gain life skills while learning how to deal with bullies! Topics include personal safety strategies (including how to handle a bully without fighting) and how to protect yourself.  Each week a new safety topic is covered. The art of self-defense (Sanchin-Ryu) is taught which provides great exercise, entertainment, and self-discipline while building self-confidence, developing stress management, and increasing composure.
