Debbie Jacobs Preschool Director/Lead Teacher & Summer Camp Director 517/546-0693 x7706 djacobs@howellrecreation.org Debbie Jacobs currently serves as the Director and Lead Teacher for the Howell Area Parks and Recreation Preschool. She has been a Livingston County resident for 40 years and has raised her children here. Debbie has enjoyed teaching preschool for 11 years. Prior to being employed by the Howell Area Parks & Recreation Authority, she worked at the elementary level with “Children at Risk” for the Howell Public Schools. Debbie holds a (CDA) in Early Child Development and participates in continuing education yearly. She believes strongly that preschool is more important now than ever and she is committed to providing quality, meaningful opportunities for the children and families throughout the Howell community.
