Drop-in Tai Chi (All Ages)
The relaxed, slow, graceful, balanced, and coordinated movements of Tai Chi can increase the flow of Chi (energy) and reduce anxiety, depression, and chronic pain conditions. Boost your immune system, burn calories, improve balance, and provide stress management. Instructor has over 29 years of martial arts experience and over 15 years of teaching Tai Chi.
Site: Oceola Community Center, 1661 N. Latson Rd.
Cost: $3 Resident/$4 Howell Twp. / $5 Non-Resident

Drop-in Pickleball (Ages 18 & up)
Pickleball is a combination of ping pong, tennis, and badminton and has been enjoyed for over 20 years by people of all ages. You will feel like a winner and champion playing this exciting paddle game. Watch the "50 & Beyond" Senior Newsletter for any cancellation due to other activities.

Drop-in Basketball (Ages 18 & up)
Come on out, get on the court, and get some exercise! We’ll have the gym open so you and your buddies can expel some energy, be competitive, and have fun. We play games to 11 (win by 2) so come ready to play. Drop-in schedule varies through the year and may be cancelled on certain days without notice. No drop-in when Howell Public Schools are closed. Limited to the first 30 participants each night.

Mondays/Thursdays, September 26th-April 27th
Drop-in Volleyball (Ages 18 & up)
This is a great chance to get out and enjoy a great sport. Whether you’re on a team and need some practice, or you’re just looking for some added experience, drop-in and join us! Schedule varies throughout the year and may be cancelled without notice. No drop-in when Howell Public Schools are closed. Limited to the first 28 participants each night.
