Sanchin-Ryu’s Karate for Adults & Teens (ages 14 & up)
The art of Sanchin-Ryu is taught in a way that allows students to grow and learn at their own pace. We've found that this builds self-confidence, helps
understand stress management and increases composure and self-defense awareness. Common sense self-defense ideas and techniques are examined
and instructed.

Introduction to Preschool Karate (ages 4-6)
The primary objective of this safe and professionally designed course is to get your child ready for kindergarten. How a child starts kindergarten will pretty much determine how they do for the rest of their academic career! Students first start by learning three very valuable skills: "How to Listen," "How to Follow Directions", and "How to Wait Their Turn." Then they go on to important attitudes like "Try my Best," "Never Give Up," and "Never be Afraid to Make a Mistake."

Introduction to Karate for Kids (ages 7-14)
Does your child quit when things get hard because of a lack of self confidence? Could your child be more focused? What would your child be like with more self-esteem or selfcontrol? Karate is not about kicking and punching. It is about improving yourself and overcoming your fears. It is
easier to develop great attitude, habits, and character in a child than to try to "fix" it later.
